Small ripped up kale – remove center of the leaf Shredded carrots Red onion, Red Cabbage sliced Dried Fruit (Dried cranberry is what I use) OR you can use fresh fruit like Mango, Pineapple but then it needs to be eaten withing a few days Sunflower seeds (Salted) Pumpkin seeds (Salted) Sesame Seed Oil MIX all ingredients together and let sit for 24 hrs (with dried fruit) and then enjoy all week! So you want to grow something? 12/26/2017 So you want to know "what can/should you grow" Here are some questions for you to ask yourself. Hobby? vs Income? Raised beds? Green house? Do you have soil? or do you need to truck it in? Do you know how to grow what you want to grow? What about pruning/care of the plants? If they die, what will you do? This is a important question.. Fruit or Veggies or Herbs or all? Do you have animals of any kind? if so. LIST them. Dogs can be excellent and can also damage many things. Training tools

Fruiting Plants 2018 01/15/2018 2018 Fruiting Tree availabilty: Are you interested in Fruiting plants? IF so!! This is the time of year to get them! I will have a variety of fruiting trees and grapes available this year. Bandera County has a variety of chill hours. Last year the low chill hour fruit did well. This year it appears the higher chill hours will do well. If you have a few of both, you will get fruit every year! So.. What will it be? Bandera County are has a range of 550-850 and I have seen it as low as 400.. I
